Who can rent a room at CR Spaces?

CR Spaces is for counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists looking for a calm, professional space for individual or couples work. Practitioners must hold relevant qualifications, professional membership and appropriate insurance. Everyone meets with us before joining.

How much does regular room hire cost?

A regular weekly morning, available until 2:55pm, costs £220 per month. A regular weekly evening, from 3pm onwards, costs £230 per month. Weekend half-days are charged at half the corresponding weekday rate.

Question 3

What is the Grow Your Private Practice scheme?

The Grow Your Private Practice scheme supports newly qualified and newer practitioners as they establish their private work. Approved members can book rooms on an ad hoc basis at discounted hourly rates, subject to availability. The scheme is not intended for establishing a regular weekly room schedule.

When can I access the rooms?

Practitioners with a regular half-day arrangement have 24-hour access to the building, allowing mornings to begin as early and evenings to finish as late as needed. Ad hoc access is limited to the times confirmed in each booking.

What facilities are included?

Both rooms are fully furnished for individual and couples work, with comfortable seating, a desk suitable for online sessions, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Practitioners also have access to a kitchenette with tea and coffee, a shared kitchen, courtyard, roof terrace, bike rack and bicycle pump.

CR Spaces is at Unit 16, 18 Victoria Park Square, Bethnal Green, London E2 9PB, directly opposite Young V&A and Museum Gardens. The rooms are within a Grade II listed building with convenient transport links across East London and the City.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Hourly bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the members’ booking area.

Hourly bookings cost £26 per hour and are available to practitioners who already rent a regular weekly half-day, subject to availability. Discounted hourly rates are also available to eligible members of the Grow Your Private Practice scheme.
