Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 September 2026
Section 1 — About these terms These Terms and Conditions apply to business customers who use CR Spaces Ltd’s website, memberships, booking system and therapy-room hire services. CR Spaces Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16899475, with registered office at 56 Rope Street, London, SE16 7TF. Contact: carlo@crspacesltd.com or 07828 488 351. By joining a scheme, creating or using an approved member account, or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Section 2 — Business use only Our rooms and schemes are offered to practitioners, practices and organisations for professional or business purposes. You confirm that you are acting wholly or mainly in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Section 3 — Membership, services and availability CR Spaces provides furnished rooms for professional consultations and related lawful practice. Hourly ad-hoc booking is available to all approved members, whether or not they also hold a regular recurring room contract. Membership and booking access are personal, require CR Spaces approval and are normally activated manually after an in-person meeting and satisfactory practitioner checks. Approved members may book the Blue or Orange room when availability is shown. Hourly start times are normally offered on the hour from 8am to 9pm inclusive. Availability is normally released each Friday for the following 14 days and may be updated to reflect the Blue and Orange room calendars. These timings describe our usual operating arrangements and do not guarantee that a particular room or time will be available. Descriptions, photographs and availability are provided in good faith but minor changes may occur. A booking is confirmed only when it appears as confirmed in our booking system or we confirm it in writing. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.
Section 4 — Prices, payment and invoices The standard ad-hoc room rate is £26 per hour unless a different price is shown or agreed in writing. CR Spaces Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so VAT is not added. If our VAT status changes, we may add VAT where legally required after giving reasonable notice. Fees must be paid using the method and by the deadline shown at checkout, on an invoice or in a written agreement. Where Wix generates an invoice marked “paid” following checkout, it records payment already received and is not a request for a second payment. We may suspend booking access while sums are overdue.
Section 5 — Grow Your Private Practice scheme The first-year payment is £115, comprising a £100 scheme fee and a £15 refundable key deposit. During the first 12-month scheme period, eligible members receive 60% off their first 75 hourly room bookings, reducing the current standard £26 rate to £10.40 per hour. The 75 discounted bookings may be used across either the Blue or Orange room, must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and remain subject to availability. After the 75 discounted bookings have been used, or after the first-year discount period ends, available hourly bookings are charged at the standard rate unless another price is shown or agreed. The discount does not guarantee availability and is not automatically repeated on renewal. The scheme fee gives access to eligible bookings but does not itself include room-booking charges. The £100 scheme fee is normally non-refundable. If, within the first 12-month period, you enter into a regular contracted room-booking agreement with CR Spaces, the £100 will be credited as the first £100 of the deposit required under that agreement and will then be governed by that agreement’s deposit terms, including any right to repayment. If you do not enter into a regular contracted agreement within 12 months, the £100 remains non-refundable. Renewal may be offered at £100 for a further year; it is not automatic unless expressly agreed.
Section 6 — Keys and access The £15 key deposit is refundable after the key is returned promptly and in usable condition and all sums due have been paid. You must not copy, lend, label or share a key or access code. Lost, unreturned or damaged keys may result in the deposit being retained and you being charged the reasonable additional cost of replacement keys, locks or security measures. Access is personal and may be withdrawn when membership, a scheme or booking rights end.
Section 7 — Booking changes and cancellations You may cancel or rearrange a booking through the stated booking channel. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a refund or credit of the room fee, subject to any payment-processing costs that cannot reasonably be recovered. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full booking fee remains payable and is non-refundable. Non-attendance is treated as a late cancellation. CR Spaces may waive or vary this policy at its discretion without creating an obligation to do so in future.
Section 8 — If CR Spaces cancels If we must cancel a confirmed booking, our usual remedy will be to offer a suitable alternative time or room, or refund the affected room fee. We are not responsible for a practitioner’s lost income, client charges, travel costs or other indirect loss arising from a cancellation, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
Section 9 — Practitioner requirements You must hold relevant qualifications and professional membership and maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance throughout your use of CR Spaces, providing satisfactory evidence on request. You are responsible for ensuring that you and your services comply with applicable law, professional-body rules, safeguarding duties, data-protection duties and any required registrations, qualifications, supervision or consents. CR Spaces may refuse an application or suspend access where satisfactory evidence is not supplied, requirements are no longer met or approval would create an unreasonable professional, safety or operational risk.
Section 10 — Use of the rooms and booking information You must use the rooms only for lawful professional purposes; respect other occupiers, neighbours and building rules; keep noise at a reasonable level; leave the room clean, tidy and ready for the next user; finish and vacate by the end of the booked period; and follow reasonable safety, security, access and emergency instructions. Smoking, vaping, unlawful drugs, dangerous items, candles, naked flames and unauthorised alterations are prohibited. You must not exceed the stated room capacity or allow unauthorised people to access the premises. When making a room booking, do not enter a client’s name, contact details, therapy notes, presenting issue, diagnosis, risk information or other clinical information into the CR Spaces website, Wix booking system or CR Spaces Blue and Orange calendars. The booking should identify only the practitioner, room, date and time.
Section 11 — Clients and clinical responsibility You remain solely responsible for your clients, professional decisions, clinical work, records, confidentiality, safeguarding and arrangements before, during and after each appointment. CR Spaces does not provide clinical services, supervision, reception, client monitoring or emergency cover. You must not leave a client unattended where this would create a risk and must ensure that any client or visitor follows relevant premises rules.
Section 12 — Damage, loss and conduct You are responsible for damage, loss, additional cleaning or security costs caused by you, your clients or visitors, except for fair wear and tear. We may charge the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, cleaning or making the premises secure and may set this off against money we hold where lawful. Personal property is brought onto the premises at its owner’s risk. You must report damage, accidents, hazards, complaints and security concerns promptly.
Section 13 — Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate membership, scheme participation, account or booking access immediately for serious or repeated breach, non-payment, unsafe or unlawful conduct, misuse of access, inadequate insurance, risk to people or property, or conduct likely to damage CR Spaces or the building. Where a breach can reasonably be remedied, we may first give an opportunity to remedy it. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations, late-cancellation charges, damage claims or terms intended to continue.
Section 14 — Liability Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, CR Spaces is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, income, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or clinical opportunity. Our total liability arising from the services in any 12-month period will not exceed the total fees you paid to CR Spaces for the relevant services during that period, to the extent this limitation is reasonable and lawful.
Section 15 — Events outside our control We are not responsible for delay, closure or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including building emergencies, utility or internet failure, fire, flood, severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, public-health restrictions or acts of authorities. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and will communicate material changes where practicable.
Section 16 — Regular contracted bookings A regular recurring room arrangement is subject to a separate written room-hire agreement. Regular morning half-days normally run until 2:55pm and evening half-days from 3pm. Weekend half-days may be offered at 50% of the corresponding weekday rate where advertised. Prices and availability for new arrangements may change; the rate and terms in the written room-hire agreement control. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the written agreement takes priority for the regular booking, including its deposit, notice, payment and cancellation provisions.
Where a practitioner contracts for two or more weekly room blocks, the highest-priced block is charged at the standard rate and each additional block receives a 10% discount. The discount applies only while two or more contracted blocks remain active. If one or more blocks ends, any remaining block reverts to the applicable standard rate from the date the change takes effect. This discount cannot be combined with the 50% weekend rate or another promotional discount unless agreed in writing.
Section 17 — Website, accounts, calendars and privacy You are responsible for keeping account and login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. To manage availability and reduce double booking, CR Spaces may compare Wix bookings with the Blue and Orange Google Calendars and update future availability. Website content belongs to CR Spaces or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 18 — Changes to these terms We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, services, prices, systems or building requirements. The version accepted when a booking or scheme purchase is made applies to that transaction unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Material changes affecting an ongoing scheme will be notified where reasonably practicable.
Section 19 — General If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. These terms and any booking confirmation or separate written agreement form the entire agreement about the relevant services, without excluding liability for fraud.
Section 20 — Governing law and disputes These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact carlo@crspacesltd.com first so we can try to resolve any issue.
